I was amazed by the incredible views from the room, which was nice and clean with a very comfy bed. However, the view was only available until after 5:00 pm. The hotel exceeded my expectations with the spacious and clean rooms featuring a huge TV and comfortable bed, especially with the river view.

The location was convenient, providing easy access to the shops and experience of the French Quarter. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and close to the conference center where I was attending.
Dining

The dining was good with quality food, but at $25 a meal, it wasn't worth the price. However, the Uonuma-grown rice was incredible.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The staff was attentive and accommodating, but the rooms had a horrible odor and stains all over the carpet. Despite the cleanliness, there was no suitable desk to work on, which was disappointing. The location, however, was excellent, and the service truly made it a 5-star stay.

The hotel had a fabulous view of the Mississippi River, but the rooms were not properly cleaned, with dirt on the bathroom floor and unclean pillowcases. The service was a mix of indifference and pleasantness, with an attempt to charge for simple requests. The location was excellent for exploring New Orleans and accessing popular areas like French Quarter and Bourbon Street. However, the dining experience was disappointing, with high prices and lacking amenities, overlooking the river walk.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms on the river side had lofty views, but the furnishings felt a bit lacking for the price paid. The location was excellent, near the riverfront and within walking distance to many attractions, yet the dining options didn't quite live up to expectations.
Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was clean enough with decent views on the river side, but it felt a bit sparse in terms of furniture. It seemed like a bit of an upcharge just for the location.
Service

Location

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right along the edge of the French quarter. It was within walking distance to many tourist sites and had a helpful and friendly front desk.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was a bit of a letdown. The breakfast options were not worth the price paid and didn't quite meet expectations in terms of quality or variety.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offers standard facilities but nothing particularly outstanding. It lacked that extra wow factor in terms of amenities or special features.
